  6. (2:25-2:45): Continued formal discussion (within defined process for formalizing a campus policy) and review of Policy 404  (Kent Wada, 20 minutes). Please see attached briefing documentation.
  7. (2:45-3:00): Planning for 2008-09 and opportunity for board members to contribute items they want to see addressed this year (Christine Borgman, 15 minutes).
