- Review and approval of May Meeting Summary.
- Scholarly interaction overview. (Christine Borgman, 30 min.)
- Objective: Introduction and initial discussion of report from Scholarly Interaction subgroup. Will introduce topics for further discussion at ITPB retreat in July.
- Background Materials: Scholarly Interaction Subcommittee Final Report
- Introduction to Information Technology Guidance Committee (ITGC) long-range planning document and request for input. (Jim Davis, 30 min.)
- Objective: This is an introduction in preparation for further discussion at the July 16 ITPB retreat. ITPB will give input on document.
- Background Materials: PowerPoint attached. Executive Summary will be sent.
- TIER Project Alignment with Funding Principles Discussion. (Marsha Smith, 45 min.)
- Objective: To present the work and recommendations of various governance committees (including the ITFOC) on TIER fund-use principles and network design criteria for 2006-07 aggregated TIER projects. We are seeking endorsement of the Fund Use Principles and Design Criteria document that has been circulated in draft.
- Background Materials: Final version of Principles. Will be sent.
